As a Chairperson & Co-Founder, She is the wellspring of this organization. It was her sprint of enterprise that has grown SKD Group a vibrant and fast growing organization. She brings creative solutions to the most complex of Executive Search & Outsourcing business problems. .

She has been instrumental in starting and setting up strategic business units of the Company and plays a major role in operational policies emphasizing on process excellence to leverage the most qualitative output within a robust system. She has handled various leadership roles in business, delivery, structuring and enabling transformation of client business.

She has a trailblazing track record in terms of successfully completing topnotch mandates. She has helped many clients find the leadership level talents for last 25 years.


R.P.PANDEY- CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

An entrepreneur with an insatiable appetite for innovation- the Co- founder & Managing Director of SKD Group. He has a rich experience of over 30 years in the field of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. .

A number of organizations seek for Mr. Pandey’s valuable advice regarding Industrial relations and HR issues. He has helped several SMEs smoothly manage internal conflicts and maintain industrial relations. His active participation in various wage negotiations with unions has been of great help to several companies.

Owing to his strong background in PR & Liaison with various government authorities, Mr. Pandey has successfully represented several organizations before Labor Commissioner, Regional PF Commissioner, and Regional ESI Director.

His dynamic personality and enterprising approach have helped SKD Group maintain strong and cordial relationships with the clients. He brings in leadership qualities like the customer-first attitude, quick decision-making abilities, extraordinary industrial relations, and utmost transparency in operations.
